Our Central Functions teams are made up of people with a love for the creative, and individuals who possess the all-important skills to keep the MPG business running smoothly.

Founded in Nottingham by three industry veterans, MPG has grown into a global collection of experts, working on some of the biggest titles in the world. In 2023 we levelled up again to become part of Keywords Studios.

“My favourite perk would be the individual Entertainment Allowance. My Ops team is responsible for managing the budget and I always say to people - spend it however you like as long as it’s with somebody else from MPG (and it’s legal!).

For example, it’s an opportunity to either buy online games together, to do lego builds or my favourite is to go to a spa fairly regularly. It’s a really nice way for us to bond with each other anywhere in the world.”
